End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and Ad Skipper regarding the use of Ad Skipper's ad-blocking extension.

Grant of License Ad Skipper grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Ad Skipper ad-blocking extension on one computer or mobile device.

Restrictions You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Ad Skipper ad-blocking extension
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Ad Skipper ad-blocking extension
• Use the Ad Skipper ad-blocking extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Termination Ad Skipper may terminate this EULA at any time if you breach any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Warranty and Liability Ad Skipper provides the Ad Skipper ad-blocking extension "as is" and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind. Ad Skipper shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Ad Skipper ad-blocking extension.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Ad Skipper harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Ad Skipper ad-blocking extension.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ad Skipper is located. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By installing and using Ad Skipper's ad-blocking extension, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not install or use the Ad Skipper ad-blocking extension.
